INITIAL REGISTRATION FEES

| | Interview Fee | $ 350 |
WHEN A PLACEMENT IS PROPOSED
| | A $10,000 RETAINER is payable upon acceptance of the match and held in trust. |
| | ALL FURTHER FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THIS RETAINER. |
| | Additional retainers will be required when adoption costs are expected to exceed funds held in trust. |
LICENSEE FEES PERTAINING TO A PROPOSED PLACEMENT
| | Administrative Fee | $2,500 |
| | Licensee Case Management Fee | $100/hour |
| | - Travel | $50/hour |
| | Birth Parent Services | $85/hour |
| | - Travel | $40/hour |
| | Finalization Fee | $2,000 |
DISBURSEMENTS PERTAINING TO A PROPOSED PLACEMENT

Adoptions facilitated by Jewels For Jesus Adoption Agency normally cost between $10,000 and $18,000. However, costs can vary significantly and can exceed this range. Applicants are encouraged to inquire about costs specific to their placement.
IN ADDITION TO THE AGENCY FEES LISTED ABOVE, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING COSTS FOR OUTSIDE CONTRACTS:
